The meaning :

"It's not shameful to learn,but the shame is to not know". This proverb is used usually to encourage people to be inquisitive,to be a bit curious about learning stuffs.
Since The Human mades his first steps on this Earth,he used to learn and developping tools that made his life easier,and nowdays,people are still need to this capital to develop their skills,as we live in knowledge society,where any job requires a lot of skills that enables employee to make tasks in the best possible ways.

Practice Makes Perfect

As people said always,it is not shameful to learn ..the cooker becomes so by cooking , the same with forger or any other job, is by practice that people can be professional,it's enough to imagine if all people said "i don't know doing this or that...no one will work,and life cannot continue in this way,me too i didn't know how to speak english 2-3 years ago,but with some practice,i met native speakers and i started speak with them,and when i made errors,they noticed me,i stay in this way during these 2 years , and now i thank god very much cuz i hadn't that black idea of 

"i don't want to know".
