English Meaning: 

If you love something, you need to accept its undesirable effects,everything has its consequences and nothing is free ,this is the meaning of this proverb.If you love someone,you have to accept him/her as is , with both his/her good and bad points , you can't find a perfect person because perfection is a god's speciality .So when you look for love , search for the person that has the minimum of Evil , and try to enhance his/her good points ,and bypass his/her bad ones,and in the real life , try to choose decisions that has minimum of inconvenients,is the best way to gain the life ,otherwise , you will spent the rest of your life searching for 0-risk decision , which is impossible to exist.

To sum up , the life is a strategic game , you can win as you can lose, but if you behave wisely and you elaborate strategies that fit with the situation , you will have more chances to gain this game . :)
