"a sweet word can get the snake out of its hole"

Yes, you can't imagine how a sweet word can solve a lot of your problems , many people around the world wants really to bypass their problems and difficulties, but they don't know how to do it correctly, you find them scream and shout on people ,or maybe somthing worse,in the end ,they find themselves in other problem more difficult than the first one.

From here the proverb come, mistakes cannot be repaired by mistakes, for example you want to get an administrative document,and it was something wrong that delay the delivery of the document ,you can't solve this problem by shooting on responsables and functionnaries 

because  you may fall in other worse problems...or if someone made something wrong with you , why screaming on him/her while you can discuss with him/her for reasons that push him/her to do so ....if you discuss with that person , there is many chances that he will not repeat that mistake again , but if you start insult him/her , there is a risk to make that guy/girl hate you for life ,because sometimes when we feel angry,we can't know what we say and we don't know post-effects of the speech ,so people should take precautions before falling into troubles.
